Pool Paradise is your next stop for fun with everyone. Sleeping 11 this amazing condo offers 1400 square feet with 2 king beds, 2 sofa beds, and 3 bunk beds. With the soaring high ceilings and modern stair case you will say WOW! The patio takes you straight to the main pool which has just had a complete makeover with tanning shelves and even an island with a palm tree in the middle!
Upon entering you will be in the first bedroom which has a luxurious king bed and 3 bunk beds. The next steps down the hall is the large bathroom with an updated combined tub & shower. After the bathroom is the laundry room and kitchen. The kitchen is a cooks dream with full size stainless appliances and all the cookware, dishes, stemware and utensils provided. There is a nice dining table with chairs for 6. The soaring ceiling in the den also features bright windows above the patio door and window. Up the modern stair case to the den with a TV, foosball and air hocky games! There is a sleeper sofa there. Next to the game/family room is the second bedroom featuring another king bed. Linens and towels are provided.
You will have 100% access to the entire beach condo with private entrance.
This condo is located next to EVERYTHING fun in Galveston. Just step across Seawall Blvd for access to the wonderful beach. Moody Gardens is just behind us within a short drive. Within walking distance is Jimmys on the Pier for dining (upstairs...over the ocean) or fishing. You can also walk to the Go Cart tracks and the movie theater and Miniature Golf. There is a handy guide in the condo with all of our favorite restaurants and things to do.
Galveston Trolley is available at $1 per ride accessible at 81st St.
Uber & Lyft are available also.
Parking on the Seawall is available for a fee.
Fee: $1 / hour, not to exceed $8 / day, yearly passes available*
Operation: 10 AM – 6 PM, 7 days a week, 365 days per year
At the complex, there is ample non-reserved covered and uncovered parking. You can pay the front office upon arrival or the next morning if arriving after hours. A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices beginning June 1, 2021 are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

Take I45 from Houston, TX south to 61st street. Turn right then all the way to the ocean turn right at Seawall Blvd. Travel about 2 miles and across from Galveston Fishing Pier see the Maravilla complex on the RIGHT. Look for a 3 story complex with peach color walls.
