Located at the far eastern tip of the island, East Beach is home to a pavilion, boardwalk and entertainment stage as well as restrooms, showers, chair and umbrella rentals, children’s playground, concessions and other amenities. Unlike most of Galveston’s beaches, alcohol is permitted at East Beach.

Stewart Beach

Stewart Beach is a great option for families, offering a whole range of amenities, including showers, lifeguards, chair and umbrella rentals, a playground and even helicopter tours!

We adore this morning making coffee & breakfast with the sea breeze flowing through the unit of the condo during wake up to this every morning. We plan to grill on the beach today. My family (myself, husband and 3 year old daughter) absolutely loved Donna’s Hello Sunshine condo! We are from Houston and love to get away to the beach when we can. This was by far the best place we have stayed in, and we will definitely be back in one if Donna’s placed. Such a nice warm honest place. Donna our host, was so responsive and helpful with ever communication. Everything was spotless and kitchen was great to cook in. Great easy walk to the beach and great pools. We even came when it was a cold front (40s and windy) and had a blast! Thank you Donna for your having us!
