There is a beach across the street from both Maravilla and the Dawn. There are also other beautiful beaches across Galveston Island, some with food vendors, public showers and restrooms, and umbrella and chair rentals. More information about the beaches can be found in the Welcome Book in each condo.

The city fire code does not allow more than the specified number of guests per condo. If you have more guests than the condo accommodates, please rent an additional condo or a larger one.

Yes, we provide beach towels. Other beach items such as umbrellas, chairs, and ice chests may be provided depending on the condo owner and this will be listed in the description if provided.

Our vacation rentals are located at family-friendly condo resorts. Most guests are here to enjoy a quiet and peaceful time with their other guests or children. Complex management does not allow loud music or inappropriate behavior.

We are happy to accommodate early check-in if no one is departing on the day of your arrival. Please text us the day before, and we will let you know. Late departure is only available if no one is checking in the same day so please message us. Cleaners need ample time to have the condos ready!

We use keyless door locks, so you will not need a key! You will receive an access code prior to your arrival. Please add our phone number to your contacts in case you have any problems with the door lock. The HOA front desk cannot provide access.

If you encounter any issues during your stay, please call us immediately using the phone number provided at booking. We want your vacation to be stress-free and will make every effort to resolve any problems promptly.

The Maravilla complex charges $10 per vehicle per day. The Dawn charges $40 for up to 3 nights and $50 for 4 or more nights. You will need to pay this fee per vehicle by credit card upon arrival. If you have multiple vehicles, each one will need a parking pass. The complexes do not accept cash.

Yes, both The Dawn and Maravilla offer ample unassigned parking. Maravilla also has garage parking. If the garage is full, overflow parking is available in the uncovered areas of the complex. No trailers are allowed.

You can arrive anytime after 4 PM. The condos are self-check-in. Park, proceed to the condo, and use the access code you were assigned to enter. If you arrive very late, please be quiet to avoid disturbing other guests. If you arrive after the office closes, visit the next morning for your parking pass and swim bands.

Yes, there are charcoal grills located near each of the pools. Charcoal is not provided, so please bring your own. Grilling on the balconies is strictly prohibited.

Smoking is not allowed in the condos or on the balconies. Designated smoking areas are available at the complexes.
