Fabulous ocean view from den and kitchen. This condo was totally remodeled. Pet friendly! Washer & dryer next to twin bunks. Located in the Maravilla complex where you will find a large resort pool, a heated pool and a kiddie pool with beach entry, plus a large hot tub and beautifully landscaped grounds. Enjoy a king bed, 2 twin bunks, and a queen sleeper sofa. Bath features enlarged shower & spa like feel. WOW! This condo has a fully accessible balcony with lovely furnishings.
BRINGING YOUR DOG: We welcome dogs so if you would like to bring your pet with you, please send a request with the type and weight and we will send you the approval. Please add PET to your reservation. Our non-refundable pet fee is $150 plus tax for two dogs up to 35 pounds each.
This condo offers beautiful views, newly remodeled with updated features, sleeps 6 and has a king bed in the master and washer and dryer. The bathroom offers a large shower and soft towels and linens are provided.
You will have 100% access to the entire beach condo with private entrance.

This condo is located next to EVERYTHING fun in Galveston. Just step across Seawall Blvd for access to the wonderful beach. Moody Gardens is just behind us within a short drive. Within walking distance is Jimmy's on the Pier for dining (upstairs...over the ocean) or fishing. You can also walk to the Go Cart tracks and the movie theater and Miniature Golf.
Galveston Trolley is available at $1 per ride accessible at 81st St. G

Parking on the Seawall is available for a fee.
Fee: $1 / hour, not to exceed $8 / day, yearly passes available*

At the complex, there is ample non-reserved covered and uncovered parking. You can pay the front office upon arrival or the next morning if arriving after hours. A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices beginning June 1, 2021 are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers ( Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.
