The condo is across the street from the beach and just 5 minutes to Moody Gardens & Schlitterbahn Water Park. Pleasure Pier Cruise terminals and all other Galveston attractions about 10 minutes drive.

Beautifully remodeled with new lighting, custom bathroom with rain showerhead and more! Come and enjoy beautiful ocean view sunrises and put your toes in the sand just across the street.  Enjoy this comfortable condo located in the Maravilla condominiums on the west end of the seawall in the seaside town of Galveston Island, TX.  Relax on the leather couch which also can be converted to a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. The living room also has a wall-mounted tv for your enjoyment on your days in. Cook your catch of the day in our kitchen with full size stainless appliances.  We provide cooking supplies dishes, glasses, & utensils.    Going out?  This location is so close the many wonderful restaurants Galveston has to offer.  A private bedroom offers a comfortable king size mattress for a refreshing night's sleep and twin bunks are located in the hallway for guests of all ages. This shower is WOW!  Newly installed tile shower with quartz vanity puts in the lap of luxury.  The unit has several USB ports for easy charging of your technology.

The Maravilla features 3 pools - one is heated, a hot tub, lush landscaping, a volleyball area, & a fitness center with a view. This condo is ideal for honeymooners, a small family or a couple's retreat. Free Wi Fi and Direct TV so you can stay as connected as you want. BRINGING YOUR DOG:  We welcome dogs so if you would like to bring your pet with you, please send a request with the type and weight and we will send you the approval.  Please add PET to your reservation.  Our non-refundable pet fee is $150 plus tax for two dogs up to 35 pounds each. 

At the complex, there is ample non-reserved covered and uncovered parking.  You can pay the front office upon arrival or the next morning if arriving after hours.  A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival.  The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices beginning June 1, 2021 are as follows: 
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers ( Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend.  No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.
