Good Vibrations condo is located in the seaside Dawn Condominiums...just voted #1 condos in Galveston! Enter the condo into the sunny den and kitchen area and you will notice a gorgeous, oversized leather teal couch, electric fireplace for ambiance and 60" HD TV and Blu-ray DVD player for hours of enjoyment. There is large floor to ceiling windows with blackout curtains, with an adjacent balcony with pool and gulf views and outdoor seating. Enjoy hot coffee while watching the beautiful sunrise or a cool afternoon drink taking in the sunset. The dining room off of the kitchen has a large table seating 6. The kitchen features full size appliances, including electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, garbage disposal, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator with large freezer, silverware, glassware, and dishes. Tupperware, bowls, measuring cups strainers and other cooking supplies including pots and pans are provided. Full size washer and dryer are located adjacent to the kitchen.

Step into your primary suite with a comfortable king bed featuring luxury linens and soft pillows provided and enjoy a 55" HDTV. The ensuite bath has a large, tiled shower with upscale glass shower door and granite counters with large soft towels.

The guest bedroom offers a queen bed with a twin over and a pull out twin trundle to sleep up to 2 adults and 2 children. The second full bathroom is conveniently across the hall and has a combination bath and shower plus granite counters for the sink.

This designer condo is located across the street from Babes Beach, only 10 blocks from the many events held at the Galveston convention center and walking distance to many restaurants and Walmart. The Trolley stops directly in front of the complex which costs $1 to ride and children are free. This takes you all over the Island to most of the fun attractions.

The Dawn is a gated community with a wrought iron fence around the entire complex. There is one entrance. TRAILERS are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstance. There are beautifully landscaped grounds with 2 available pools year-round (1 is heated). There is a hot tub, a community center, charcoal grills, and an exercise lounge.
All guests must check in with the front office upon arriving to get parking passes and swim bands.

NOTES:
This condo is on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators. However " The View at the Top is Always Worth the Climb!" Be prepared to take 2 flights of stairs to the front door.
