No Long-Term Contracts
We understand that a successful property manager is in a business relationship with the owner. We strive to be the best choice when it comes to managing your short term rental property and we have many happy owners! However, if your needs ever change there are no long term contracts. Our contract is on a month to month basis.

We also send monthly newsletters and successful promotions during off-season to our past guests and email list and have developed a nice following of repeat guests.
AMPLE SUPPLIES
We provide all bed linens, towels, and a starter pack consisting of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, k cups, sponge, dawn, dish tabs, shampoo, conditioner, body and hand soap, wash tabs & dryer sheets for each stay.
SPECIAL EVENTS
We provide holiday candies & gifts including when guests indicate special anniversaries & birthdays. Each guest is provided a handwritten welcome note. We have an inspector visit each condo before each stay for quality control.
