Our beautiful condo features high end finishes, dry bar, seamless glass shower, king bed in the bedroom, custom queen sleeper sofa and birch custom bunks.  Enjoy Gulf views from your den & kitchen. In the living room is a comfortable custom queen gel foam sleeper sofa with HDTV, cable and wifi. The kitchen has full sized appliances and dish washer and is fully stocked with utensils and dishes. We provide linens & towels.   Summer season is here so book this condo soon for the best dates! 

BRINGING YOUR DOG:  We welcome dogs so if you would like to bring your pet with you, please send a request with the type and weight and we will send you the approval.  Please add PET to your reservation.  Our non-refundable pet fee is $150 plus tax for two dogs up to 35 pounds each.

The Maravilla offers coin operated laundry facilities just steps away down the hall from this condo.

The Maravilla complex is walking distance to a fun go cart track, Miniature golf, Jimmys fishing pier and restaurant (recommended!), shell & tshirt shop & movie theater. Across Seawall Blvd is the ocean & wide beaches are about a mile in either direction.

Galveston Trolley is available at $1 per ride accessible at 81st St. G 
Uber & Lyft are available also.
Parking on the Seawall is available for a fee.
Fee: $1 / hour, not to exceed $8 / day, yearly passes available*
Operation: 10 AM – 6 PM, 7 days a week, 365 days per year

At the complex, there is ample non-reserved covered and uncovered parking.    You can pay the front office upon arrival or the next morning if arriving after hours.  A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival.  The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices beginning June 1, 2021 are as follows: 
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers ( Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend.  No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.
