Tequila Sunrise was nicely remodeled in 2018, King Bed, Gorgeous ocean and lake views will whisk away your stress as you enjoy the view from your den or furnished and fully accessible balcony. The den features a lovely sleeper sofa, flat TV and 2 chairs. Washer & dryer provided in condo. Stainless full size appliances and all cooking supplies are provided. The bathroom features an over-sized shower, granite counter top. Ample towels and sheets are provided plus 2 beach towels.
BRINGING YOUR DOG: We welcome dogs so if you would like to bring your pet with you, please send a request with the type and weight and we will send you the approval. Please add PET to your reservation. Our non-refundable pet fee is $150 plus tax for two dogs up to 35 pounds each.
This condo offers beautiful views, newly remodeled with updated features, sleeps 6 and has a king bed in the master and washer and dryer. The bathroom offers a large shower and soft towels and linens are provided.
This entire condo and private bath is accessible to the guest. Upon booking you will get a confirmation letter with many details and then 2 days before your stay, a code for the front door is provided so a key is not needed.
We want your experience to be fantastic! We are available by text or phone for anything you need but will not be contacting you during your stay unless needed.
There is a lot to do within walking distance. Beaches are all around. Jimmy's on the Pier is a lovely restaurant and popular fishing pier about a block down. There is a go-cart track behind the complex(no noise can be heard from the condo). The movie theater is nearby. All the popular Galveston attractions are 5 to 10 minutes away. Cruise ship terminals are about a 15 minute drive.
Galveston Trolley is available at $1 per ride accessible at 81st St.
Uber & Lyft are available also.
Parking on the Seawall is available for a fee.
Fee: $1 / hour, not to exceed $8 / day, yearly passes available*
Operation: 10 AM – 6 PM, 7 days a week, 365 days per year
At the complex, there is ample non-reserved covered and uncovered parking. You can pay the front office upon arrival or the next morning if arriving after hours. A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices beginning June 1, 2021 are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
